White graveyard

Quiet starless night
Cold seas whispers a sermon
A funeral rite

White fur sunken
Dragged on the ground
Long limbs shrunken
Death without sound

The starved still fighting
The fighting turns into crawling
As nature takes its course
And sealed its fate

Quiet graveyard white
On tundra, aurora sings
Songs of dying light

Watched the heart-wrenching the video of  a polar bear starving on iceless land.

I don’t want to jump to the bandwagon and say it’s all the humans’ fault.
I think it is a course that nature necessarily takes,
just that humans may have facilitated it.

But let’s do what we can, to save the Earth,
whatever that’s left.
