Sit on Grey Walls

Black roads cut the white sand
Thick ropes pulled on both ends
But still
I choose to sit on grey walls

Black ash scar the white snow
Triggers pulled on both ends
But still
I choose to sit on grey walls

Unbreakable barriers
Red lines and alarms
But lines are just toys
But alarms are just noise
If you sit on grey walls

Take no sides
So you can take every side
Cradle Schrodinger’s cat
So you can relish the possibilities before they collapse

And so
I choose to sit on grey walls

Does it even matter where we end up?
In the end, it is just the sense of possibilities
that we want to hold on to
